Question 1

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every new space gets 14 days free on the tier and modules you pick at checkout. We take card details up front so nothing stops when the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then without being charged.

Question 2

Can I add or remove modules later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Add modules as you grow or remove ones you no longer need. Changes take effect immediately.

Question 3

What's included in the platform base?

Accepted Answer

Every workspace includes the full operational core — bookings, check-ins, memberships, invoicing, payments, member management, teams, the tersOS member app, dashboard, and settings. It's everything you need to run your space.

Question 4

Is pricing per location?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every plan and module is priced per location, so two locations means two plans. tersOS runs a single location per workspace today; multi-location management is on the roadmap, and subscribing now puts you first in line when it ships. Running a larger network? Talk to us about a custom plan.

Question 5

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes — save roughly 20% with annual billing across all platform tiers and modules.

Question 6

How do you count members?

Accepted Answer

Members are active users in your workspace — staff, coworking members, and team accounts. Archived or deactivated members don't count toward your limit.

Question 7

Can I use tersOS just for digital signage?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Pick the Starter platform tier and add just the Displays module. You'll have a full signage solution for $69/mo (yearly) or $84/mo.
