Coworking software written in Sarajevo that works in every country around it.

We run a coworking space in Bosnia and built tersOS at its front desk. The first things we had to get right were the ones software from abroad never thinks about: the fiscal receipt, the bank statement, the accountant’s questions.

Why we are from here

tershouse is our coworking space in Sarajevo. Most software for coworking spaces is written for markets where Stripe works and nobody asks for a QR code on a receipt. When we tried it at our own front desk, the accountant was the first person to say no.

So we built what she asked for. Invoices with the fields our tax office wants, statements from our bank read automatically, and later card payments through the providers that actually operate here. tersOS is sold across Europe, but it was tested on the rules of this region first.

If your space is in Zagreb, Belgrade, Podgorica or Tirana, you are not a secondary market for us. You are the market we started in.

What works here

Everything below is either live in the product today or in beta testing with spaces in the region. Both are marked, so you know which is which.

  1. Live

    Card payments through Stripe

Members pay invoices in the app, save a card, and memberships renew without anyone chasing. Available wherever Stripe operates, including Croatia and Slovenia.

  2. In beta testing

Card payments through Monri and NLB

The same payment experience in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, where Stripe does not operate, through the card processors local banks already use.

  3. In beta testing

    Fiscal receipts in Serbia

Every sale to an individual gets a fiscal receipt with the Tax Administration QR code, including advances for prepaid memberships and refunds, issued through an approved service and sent to the member.

  4. In beta testing

    E-invoices to SEF

Invoices to companies go to Serbia’s SEF system, and sales paid with a company card get both the receipt and the e-invoice, as the 2026 rules require.

  5. In beta testing

    Croatia’s Fiskalizacija 2.0

Receipts to individuals are fiscalized and invoices to companies go out as eRačun, which has been mandatory since January 2026.

  6. In beta testing

    Bosnia’s new fiscalization

Republika Srpska’s system is already in force and the Federation’s follows by August 2027. tersOS covers both entities as they switch on.

  7. Live

    Bank statements read automatically

Statements from local banks arrive by email, are read on their own, and payments are matched to invoices. The front desk confirms, it does not retype.

  8. Live

Invoices in KM, RSD and EUR

Each space sets its own currency and VAT rate, and invoices carry the identifiers and bank details its tax office expects.

  9. In beta testing

    Messages on Viber and WhatsApp

Booking confirmations, invoice reminders and parcel notices arrive where people in the region actually read them.

  10. In beta testing

Your language in the app and on documents

Bosnian and English are already there. Croatian, Serbian in both scripts, and Albanian are in beta testing.

  11. Live

    Support from Sarajevo

Write in your own language and get an answer from people in your time zone who run a space themselves.

  12. Live

Data in Frankfurt, under EU law

Member data stays in the European Union, with the same rules for every space regardless of country.

  13. Live

    One price for every country

Spaces in Pristina and Ljubljana pay the same as spaces in Vienna. No regional surcharge, and no add-ons for things the law requires.

Your language, not ours

Your members use the app in their language, your accountant gets documents in theirs, and when you write to us the answer comes back in yours. Whether that is Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, Albanian or English, your space gets the same product, the same price and the same people on the other end.

Talk to people who have been through your fiscalization.
