tersOS is operated by tershouse d.o.o., a limited liability company registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina under ID number 4202633770006, with its registered office at Kolodvorska 12, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. In these terms, "tersOS," "we," "our" and "us" refer to that company.

By accessing or using tersOS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the tersOS platform, including all related applications, websites, and services. By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Service

tersOS provides workspace management software for coworking spaces, including but not limited to:

• Member management and billing
• Booking and reservation systems
• Digital signage (tersOS Displays)
• Community features and member applications
• Floor plan management
• Event management

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

5. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to change our pricing, with 30 days notice before any change takes effect. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Merchant of Record

Payments for tersOS subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our payment processor. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases of tersOS subscriptions, which means Paddle is the seller of record for these transactions and handles billing, tax collection and remittance, and payment disputes. Paddle's own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment transaction; see Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

The tersOS service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by tersOS and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tersOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
