The Coworking Software Born Out of Real Operational Chaos

When we were scaling and running the largest regional coworking hub, we quickly ran into a problem: the software available to us did not reflect the reality of running a space every day.
We tried the usual approach. Spreadsheets, separate tools, integrations and expensive SaaS platforms that looked good on paper. But too often, they meant more tabs, more manual work and more things for the team to keep track of.
The problem wasn't that the software was bad. It was that it wasn't built around the way we actually worked.
So we built our own.
Built for the Work Behind the Space
tersOS didn't start with a product roadmap or a pitch deck. It started with the daily work of running tershouse, and with the problems our team kept running into.
Less work at the front desk.
We knew how much time went into creating invoices, tracking charges and keeping subscriptions up to date. So billing and subscription management became part of the system, not another process to manage manually.
More self-service for members.
Members shouldn't have to email the team every time they want to book a room or manage something themselves. tersOS puts bookings, access and account management directly in their hands.
One place for daily operations.
Bookings, access, Wi-Fi, billing and the other systems behind the space need to work together. tersOS brings them into one system so the team isn't constantly moving between disconnected tools.
Built Where the Problems Happen
There is a difference between designing software for coworking spaces and actually running one.
We built tersOS because we needed it ourselves. Every module started with a real operational problem, was used by our own team and members, and was refined until it made the work easier.
That's still how we build it today.
What started as the software behind tershouse is now ready for other coworking spaces, built around the reality of running one, not just the idea of it.
