Your assistant, connected to your space.

Connect ChatGPT or Claude to tersOS with your own sign-in. Ask it about bookings, members, invoices and parcels, or let it do the work you allow, from the chat you already use.

What it can do

Once connected, the assistant knows your space the way the tersOS assistant does: who is in today, which rooms are free, which invoices are overdue, which parcels are waiting. You ask in plain language and it answers from your live data.

Where you allow changes, it can act as well: book a room, record a payment, move a prospect along, send a reminder. Every change goes through the same rules and lands in the same activity log as a staff member clicking in tersOS.

How to connect

Two steps, no technical setup. The assistant sends you to tersOS to sign in with your usual account.

  1. Step 1In tersOS open Settings → API keys. The section “Connect ChatGPT or Claude” shows your space’s connection address. Copy it.
  2. Step 2In ChatGPT go to Settings → Connectors → Create and paste the address. In Claude go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste it. Sign in to tersOS when asked and press Allow.

Who can connect, and how to stop it

Staff accounts can connect today; member accounts are next. Each person connects as themselves, so the assistant can do what that person is allowed to do and nothing more.

Settings → API keys lists every connected app under Connected apps. Disconnect ends that connection at once. Deactivating a staff account disconnects everything that account had allowed.

FAQ
Does the assistant see other spaces?
No. It sees the space the signed-in account belongs to, and only what that account may see.
Can it change things without asking?
Only what was allowed when the connection was approved, and every change is logged like any staff action. You can take the connection away at any time.
Which assistants work?
ChatGPT and Claude today. Any assistant that supports custom connectors with a sign-in can be added the same way.
